My mother seems very happy with the carers that visit her. They speak to me if there have been any concerns. They will also remind her what day it is and what she has planned for that day checking the planner we have written out.

| am so impressed with the quality of care provided to me. | am treated with the utmost respect and dignity. All carers are kind and understanding. The management team is magnificent. If there is ever an issue, we discuss it immediately and it is resolved. | have had a few care agencies over the past few years and My Homecare is by far the best!
