Dominic began his career within the Health and Social Care Sector in 2021 as a Carer.  Since then, he has worked his way up the ladder by taking on the role of Field Care Manager and moving on to become our Operations Support Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the care operations and ensuring that we are providing a high standard of care and support to our valued clients whilst making sure staff are happy and compliant in the care they are providing, whilst ensuring that the services are delivered to the highest standards, are sustainable and that the company’s purpose, vision and values are always promoted. 

Dominic has experience in providing care and support to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and complex behaviour.

Dominic tends to occupy his spare time with spending time with family, going to the gym, boxing, walking his 2 dogs, creating content on social media platforms and music.
